England will win

England – Australia Match Prediction | 15-09-2019 06:00

Theres only one strategy to go for against the batsman, bowl at a wicket to wicket line and keep hitting the ball near his pads with some outswing, something Nathan will look to turn to. Hes one of the most prized wicket and Australia will be turning to Nathan Coulter-Nile to send him back. The pacer has over the last couple of matches worked on his bowling, reaping its rewards with some important scalps and will be looking to pepper Root with some treacherous deliveries as well.

They scored 397 runs against Afghanistan which is a record in the history of World Cup but in their recent match against Sri Lanka, they were all out in 47th overs as they lost the toss and were put into bat first. England had not performed in this World Cup as per expectations. Ben Stokes was the only batsman from their side who had excellent performance with the bat. Joe Root was another good batsman who scored 57 runs. After losing their matches against Pakistan and Sri Lanka, they are in trouble now as their remaining matches are against Australia, India, and New Zealand which are must-win for them. He scored 82 and remained not out till the end. The batting order of the England team had performed well in almost all previous matches they had played.

The team who will win the toss will elect to field first. The toss is playing an important role in the decision of the all matches of this World Cup as we had seen in all previously played matches. We have seen many times that chasing on these small grounds is a better option as the conditions for batting remain good throughout the match.

England vs Australia Today Match Prediction

They put a total of 381 runs on the board in their fifty overs. They are now in a good position to qualify for the semi-finals. They won their most recent match against Bangladesh with a good margin of 48 runs. This had happened due to the good batting order. The skipper, Aaron Finch also played a knocking inning of 53 runs. They won the toss and decided to bat first. David Warner played an outstanding inning of 166 runs on 146 deliveries. The batting order of Australia side had an outstanding performance in this match. Usman Khawaja was the second highest run scorer with 89 runs in his account. Australia had played six matches till now with five wins and just a single match lost. He smashed fourteen boundaries and five maximum sixes. David Warner and Steve Smith are the top performers of this side.

They won all five games against Australia at home last summer, including smashing their own world record when they posted 483/6 at Trent Bridge. Australia beat England in one of the warm-up matches for this tournament, but in official ODIs England have been dominant in this fixture recently. It followed a 4-1 series win in Australia in their previous series against their old enemy too.

He got two wickets in the previous match against Bangladesh in his ten overs bowled while he leaked 55 runs. Mitchell Starc had performed well in all previous matches he had played. Nathan Coulter-Nile also got two wickets in his ten overs bowled out against 58 runs. They had played a key role in every win for their team but in their last match against Bangladesh, they could not perform well as they leaked 333 runs in their fifty overs. Adam Zampa could get one wicket while Pat Cummins and Glenn Maxwell could not get any wicket. Marcus Stoinis was another bowled who got two wickets against 54 runs in eight overs. Australia is holding the second position on the table and in this excellent position, there is a big role in bowlers.

Ben Stokes is in top form but to pick the Englishman you must be prepared to sacrifice one of the other star players. In order to afford the four star batsmen, some savings need to made elsewhere. Glenn Maxwell and Marcus Stoinis are both only 8.5 credits. Moeen Ali might be a better pick therefore particularly as he has something to prove after defeat last time out.

India vs South Africa, 1st T20I: Match Prediction, Preview & Probable

To make matters interesting, Broad knows the nook and cranny of Headingley, having sniped up 42 wickets. David Warner is yet to score in double digits, and that is not even the worry. Of the four times he has been dismissed, Stuart Broad has claimed his wicket thrice. In the second innings at Lords, he launched an attack right away but that too did not put him out of the misery. The incoming delivery especially has been trapping Warner in two minds.

Batsmen: Usman Khawaja, Jason Roy, and Rory Burns are the only batsmen we have selected in our Dream11 team. Picking Jason Roy is a risk but he could be batting in the middle order in this match, a position he is much more suited for. Burns has been the best opening batsmen from either side so far. Khawaja has looked good without getting a big score and will need to be more responsible in the absence of Steve Smith.
